| 3.1.4 | Follow-me start-alert fixes: (1) Per-subscriber de-duplication is now active — the same subscriber no longer gets the same rider/horse alert twice when that rider is entered in two concurrent events (e.g. two shows on the same day). The de-dup helper existed but was never switched on; it is now wired up with a 30-minute window. (2) A subscriber who follows a rider AFTER the first start signal is no longer permanently skipped (the alert is no longer marked "sent" when there are zero subscribers yet). (3) The "Live results" link now deep-links to the specific competition (?eventid=...) instead of the site homepage. (4) New optional setting SEND_UPCOMING_ALERTS=false to send only the start alert and suppress the extra ~10-minutes-ahead alert.
